About the Role
The Senior Marketing Technology Specialist will play a key part in expanding and optimizing Credit Acceptance's Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, including Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Experience Platform. This role will involve partnering with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor marketing initiatives powered by Adobe Experience Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing technology capabilities and be able to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.As a member of a globally distributed team, the Senior Marketing Technology Specialist will work closely with business partners in the U.S. to design, build, and scale solutions that directly impact customers and operations. The role will involve collaborating with engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection, tagging, and ingestion across Adobe platforms.

What You Will Do
- Design, maintain, and enhance AEP schemas, datasets, and data models to support marketing and analytics use cases
- Partner with engineering to ensure accurate data collection, tagging, and ingestion across Adobe platforms
- Support the evolution and adoption of Customer Journey Analytics, including defining outcomes, activities, and validating data parity
- Ensure alignment of data architecture, identity strategies, and measurement frameworks
- Assist in establishing and maintaining QA automation standards and pipelines for website tagging and data validation
- Partner with the Analytics team to define and catalog data captured in eVars, props, and AEP
- Enable self-service analytics by defining architecture to support standardized measurement approaches across teams
- Support exploratory data analysis and ensure implementations are scalable and well-governed
- Translate measurement plans from Analytics and other teams into implementation requirements for engineering
- Define and document how these requirements fulfill KPIs, including variables and tracking standards
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, with a focus on Adobe Experience Cloud and Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of marketing technology capabilities and data-driven decision-making
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Experience Platform
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with QA automation standards and pipelines for website tagging and data validation

- Experience with Agile sprint planning and execution
