## What You Will Do - Lead the technical design and deployment of end-to-end solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.

• Develop and maintain high-quality customizations using X++ or C#/.NET, following 'Clean Core' principles to ensure easy upgrades and maintainability.
• Leverage Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse to create low-code/pro-code hybrid solutions that meet complex business needs.
• Architect and build secure integrations between D365 and external systems using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, and API Management).
• Implement and extend Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven features to enhance business processes and data intelligence, staying abreast of the latest technological advancements.
• Oversee the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process using Azure DevOps, ensuring rigorous version control and automated deployment pipelines to streamline development workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that drive value and efficiency, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure that all developed solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall code quality, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 features and technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance existing solutions and develop new ones.

• Deep understanding of the Dataverse environment, relational database design, and complex SQL/OData queries, with the ability to apply this knowledge in real-world scenarios.
• Extensive experience building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and managing Data Entities, with a focus on security and performance.
• Proven experience with Azure-hosted services and their interaction with the Dynamics 365 environment, including Azure Integration Services and Azure DevOps.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, MB-500, or MB-400) are highly valued, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
• Intermediate-advanced English level, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for working in a remote team setting.
• Located in the CET timezone (+/- 3 hours), with a stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace, conducive to productive remote work.

• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (AAD) and its integration with Dynamics 365, with an understanding of security best practices.
