About the Role
Neon is seeking a Senior Monetisation Strategist to partner with leading mobile game studios, driving GMV growth through Neon's platform. The successful candidate will combine player psychology, design insight, and data-driven analysis to uncover conversion barriers and shape compelling offers.Responsibilities
- Develop scalable frameworks to help studios unlock D2C revenue growth
- Partner with game teams to design and execute D2C strategies
- Analyze in-game and webshop performance to identify opportunities
- Shape pricing, bundling, and loyalty strategies aligned with each game's economy
- Collaborate with Product, CS, and Design teams to refine offer design and ensure a cohesive player experience
