About the Role

As a Senior Motion Designer at Hook, you will play a vital role in bringing captivating visuals and narratives to life. This fully remote position emphasizes collaboration and creativity within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Design and Creative teams to deliver outstanding motion projects.
  • Provide guidance and oversee junior motion designers on complex assignments.
  • Utilize tools like Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere to produce high-quality animations.
  • Adapt and help evolve team processes and workflows to enhance productivity.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in 2D motion design principles and storytelling.
  • Proficiency with motion design software (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere).
  • Experience leading projects and mentoring team members.
  • Ability to work within EST hours due to client expectations.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with 3D motion design may be a plus, but is not essential.
