About the Role
The Senior Named Account Executive position at Cloudflare is a pivotal role that involves managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, each with revenues ranging fromThe day-to-day responsibilities of this role are centered around building and maintaining strong relationships with C-level clients and senior technical decision-makers. As part of the Enterprise Account team, the Senior Named Account Executive will play a key role in shaping and leading Cloudflare's Go To Market strategy. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans, leveraging the strength of all Cloudflare functions to become a strategic partner to customers. The role requires a high degree of personal energy, focused activity, and the ability to lead internal groups of constituents to build solutions and drive revenue growth.
What You Will Do
- Manage a focused set of ~20-30 high-value accounts with annual revenues ranging from B to $25B.
- Develop and execute Enterprise Account Plans to drive joint success with customers.
- Identify business opportunities with customers and develop solutions-oriented sales approaches.
- Engage in business-level outcome conversations with C-suite executives, presenting Cloudflare's vision and plan for value creation.
- Negotiate win-win scenarios for all parties, ensuring the delivery of premium customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage the strength of all Cloudflare functions.
- Lead internal groups of constituents to build solutions and drive revenue growth.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital transformation and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Utilize GTM and Adjust to drive sales and customer service excellence.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews to assess performance and set future goals.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a named account executive role or similar, with a proven track record of success in managing high-value accounts.
- Strong understanding of GTM and Adjust, with the ability to leverage these tools to drive sales and customer service.
