About the Role
The Senior Netsuite Developer role at Ryz Labs is a critical position that requires expertise in customizing and optimizing Netsuite solutions to support field service operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions that improve service delivery, scheduling, and operational efficiency. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure that the Netsuite platform is aligned with business objectives.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include customizing and enhancing Netsuite to support business and field service operations, developing and maintaining scripts, workflows, and configurations within Netsuite, and supporting and improving Field Service Management processes. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining integrations between Netsuite and other business systems, troubleshooting system issues, and providing ongoing support and optimization.

What You Will Do
- Customize and enhance Netsuite to support business and field service operations
- Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and configurations within Netsuite
- Support and improve Field Service Management processes, including work orders, dispatch, and service tracking
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Build and maintain integrations between Netsuite and other business systems
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support and optimization
- Assist with system upgrades, testing, and deployments
- Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Netsuite solutions with business objectives
- Develop and maintain documentation of Netsuite customizations and configurations
What We Are Looking For
- Experience working as a Netsuite Developer or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of Netsuite customization and configuration capabilities
- Experience supporting or working with field service or service-based business processes
- Familiarity with system integrations and data flows between platforms
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems and business process workflows
- Knowledge of service-oriented industries and Field Service Management concepts
