Job Description

## About the Role The Senior New Technology Introduction Leader plays a critical role in driving the adoption of digital and AI solutions across GE Vernova's Gas Power Global Supply Chain. This position operates at the intersection of technology and operational reality, requiring a deep understanding of both the technical and business aspects of the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with senior functional leaders, Digital Technology, and Global Process Digital Authorities to define technology priorities, govern pilots, and ensure proven solutions scale globally.

As a key member of the team, the Senior New Technology Introduction Leader will spend time on the floor identifying real gaps, evaluating what the market offers, and building and proving solutions that do not yet exist. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about innovation, collaboration, and driving business growth through technology.

The Senior New Technology Introduction Leader will report to a senior leader in the organization and will be responsible for contributing to the long-term digital and AI roadmap for Gas Power Supply Chain.

## What You Will Do - Lead structured scouting and evaluation of digital and AI solutions across the full spectrum of supply chain digital solutions - Develop and manage the Gas Power Supply Chain AI roadmap, ensuring individual team projects support a cohesive growth plan - Partner with functional leaders, corporate AI teams, and Digital Technology to develop and drive the business AI strategy for Gas Power Supply Chain - Align on priorities, sequencing, and resource allocation across the broader AI ecosystem - Own business-side security governance and access management for Gas Power Supply Chain AI applications - Define and maintain the evaluation framework for candidate solutions, including workflow fit, data readiness, integration requirements, adoption feasibility, and scalability across sites - Stay current with emerging AI tools, platforms, and supply chain technology trends - Build and incubate AI agents, automated workflows, and digital tools, contributing directly to prototyping and proof of concept work - Evaluate and deploy third-party AI solutions that address validated frontline problems - Own pilot design, governance, and go/no-go decisions, structuring pilots with real users, pre-agreed success metrics, and a defined timeline

## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in a technology leadership role, preferably in the energy or manufacturing sector - Strong understanding of digital and AI solutions, including AI tools, platforms, and supply chain technology trends - Experience in evaluating and incubating new technologies, including building and proving solutions that do not yet exist - Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams - Experience in defining and maintaining evaluation frameworks for candidate solutions - Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive business growth through technology - Experience in partnering with functional leaders, corporate AI teams, and Digital Technology to develop and drive business AI strategy - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address real gaps in the organization
