About the Role
The Senior Operations Manager will play a crucial role in driving the company's transformation to an AI-agentic workflow. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for architecting processes, workflows, and systems that enable the company to scale efficiently. With a focus on cost, speed, and scale, you will lead multiple teams across design, warehouse, assembly, and service coordination.The company is a fast-growing European brand-experience company that designs and manufactures custom logo signage at scale. With offices across Germany, Poland, and Sweden, the company operates multiple consumer brands across the continent. As the Senior Operations Manager, you will be based in Poland and will be responsible for driving the company's growth and expansion.
The role requires a strong leader who can manage and develop high-performing teams, drive operational efficiencies, and implement strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for owning budgets and profit-contribution improvements at the company level and will be a key driver of strategic company development and capability-building.
What You Will Do
- Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans
- Manage and develop the design, warehouse, assembly, and service coordination teams
- Implement operational KPIs across processes and teams
- Own budgets and profit-contribution improvements at the company level
- Drive the company's transformation to AI-agentic workflows and systems
- Ensure smooth operations along the metrics of cost, speed, and scale
- Improve efficiencies through processes, workflow automations, and software
- Manage multiple teams across different locations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of operational leadership experience in digital-native companies
- Holistic architect of complex systems and workflows with a scalability mindset
- Detail-oriented with the ability to dive into underlying systems and workflows
- People management and motivational skills with experience managing multiple teams
- Strong financial fluency with the ability to read a profit-contribution P&L
- High ambition, drive, and proven ability to deliver results
- Sharp analytical skills with the ability to articulate findings and lead with logic
- Ability to build and implement an AI-native tech landscape
- Fluent English (C1+); German or Polish a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Knowledge of lean principles and process optimization
- Experience with workflow automation and software implementation
- Certification in operational management or a related field
