## About the Role The Senior Operations Manager role at Three Trader is a critical position that requires a unique blend of operational expertise, leadership skills, and knowledge of the financial services industry. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the broker operations function, designing the organizational structure, and developing core processes for client funds management, compliance operations, reconciliation, and partner management. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing client funds processing, reconciliation, and leading the client services team.

The Senior Operations Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's digital operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implementing processes to improve efficiency and compliance. ## What You Will Do - Establish and lead the broker operations function, designing the organizational structure and developing core processes - Manage client funds processing, reconciliation, and partner management - Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and compliance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks - Lead the client services team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and suppliers - Implement and maintain compliance procedures, ensuring adherence to FSA regulations and client fund rules - Analyze and resolve complex operational issues, providing solutions to improve processes and procedures - Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports - Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technology and innovation to drive efficiency and growth

## What We Are Looking For - 8+ years of experience in forex brokerage or financial services operations - Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams - Solid understanding of trade lifecycle, settlement workflows, and reconciliation processes within a forex or multi-asset brokerage - Strong knowledge of FSA regulations, client fund rules, and compliance requirements - Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insights - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders - Strong understanding of digital operations and technology, with the ability to leverage innovation to drive efficiency and growth - Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to collaborate with global teams
