What You Will Do

• Manage remote work operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

• Provide training and support to junior team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 12th pass, preferably Graduate
• 3-4 years of experience in a hub background, with a proven track record of success
• High organizational commitment and a strong work ethic
• Good team worker, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• Knowledge of local geography, with the ability to navigate the region with ease
• Good communication skills in Local/Hindi/English language
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results
