About the Role

The Senior Oracle HCM / ADP Payroll Integration Consultant will play a critical role in a global payroll outsourcing initiative, focusing on integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with ADP as the global payroll provider. This project involves a tight timeline, multiple country implementations running in parallel, and close coordination between global HR, payroll, IT, local country teams, and ADP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical integration expertise, specifically in Oracle HCM Cloud environments, and experience in managing similar projects.

The day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting the client in adapting available Oracle HCM standard connectors for ADP, addressing local country-specific payroll requirements, and designing or implementing custom integrations where required. The ability to analyze, assess, and adapt existing connectors, as well as define and validate payroll-relevant data mappings between Oracle HCM and ADP, is essential.

The project will involve working closely with various stakeholders, including global HR, payroll, IT, and local country teams, to ensure a smooth rollout and implementation of the payroll system. The consultant will also be responsible for coordinating technical interface requirements with ADP and internal teams, as well as supporting multiple country implementations and rollouts running in parallel.

What You Will Do

  • Act as Senior Technical Integration Consultant for a global Oracle HCM to ADP payroll outsourcing project
  • Support the project from kick-off through implementation, rollout, testing, and hypercare
  • Analyze, assess, and adapt available Oracle HCM standard connectors for ADP, especially in relation to local country-specific payroll requirements
  • Support integration scenarios for ADP GlobalView and/or ADP Celergo, depending on project scope and country rollout
  • Design and implement custom integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and ADP where standard connectors are not sufficient
  • Define and validate payroll-relevant data mappings between Oracle HCM and ADP
  • Work with Oracle HCM Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher, APIs, OIC, or comparable middleware/integration technologies
  • Coordinate technical interface requirements with ADP, internal IT, HR, payroll, and local country stakeholders
  • Support multiple country implementations and rollouts running in parallel
  • Prepare and facilitate technical integration workshops
  • Support SIT, UAT, payroll parallel runs, defect resolution, and cutover activities

What We Are Looking For

  • Several years of experience as a technical consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud environments
  • Proven hands-on experience with Oracle HCM integrations, ideally in global payroll transformation or payroll outsourcing projects
  • Strong experience with integrations between Oracle HCM and external payroll providers
  • Ideally previous project experience with ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo, or other ADP payroll solutions
  • Good understanding of payroll-relevant HR master data, compensation data, organizational data, employee lifecycle events, and country-specific payroll requirements
  • Experience with Oracle HCM integration technologies such as HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud/OIC
  • File-based and middleware-based interface architectures
  • Ability to translate global and local payroll requirements into scalable integration designs
  • Experience in complex international rollout environments with multiple countries running in parallel

  • Previous experience working with distributed global teams and external payroll providers
  • Knowledge of implementation partners and their role in global payroll projects
  • Experience with senior stakeholder management across HR, payroll, IT, vendors, and local country organizations
