About the Role

The Senior Oracle Reporting Analyst is a pivotal role in our organization, tasked with analyzing business needs and developing technology-driven solutions to enhance healthcare systems. This position leads the investigation and resolution of complex IT issues, ensuring system optimization, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Day-to-day, you will be working closely with stakeholders to define system requirements, manage data analytics, and support the implementation of IT solutions that drive business and clinical performance improvements. Your expertise will be instrumental in leading the architecture, development, and optimization of data models within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ecosystem.

What You Will Do

  • Design, build, and maintain sophisticated data models and ETL processes to support high-level reporting and downstream analytics.
  • Drive the development of scalable integration solutions between Oracle Fusion Cloud and cross-functional data platforms.
  • Lead the investigation, analysis, and resolution of complex IT issues to enhance system performance, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Analyze business needs, identify gaps, and develop technology-based solutions to support organizational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, security standards, and industry best practices in all IT implementations.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather, document, and define system requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system processes, workflows, and solution architecture.
  • Support end-users by providing training, guidance, and troubleshooting assistance for new and existing IT solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience within Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, HCM) or Oracle Health (EHR).
  • 4+ years of advanced experience in SQL and ETL processes, with a proven track record of managing enterprise-level databases.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business process modeling and systems analysis.
  • 2–4 years of experience leading complex IT implementation projects.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and enterprise database management.
  • Advanced experience with SQL, ETL processes, and data transformation techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Master’s Degree in Data Science or Business Analytics.
  • Direct experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain Management (SCM) workflows.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and related data analytics applications.
