About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Paid Media Expert to own and scale our paid search and social strategies across Google and LinkedIn. This is a high-impact role that will drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth through performance marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the end-to-end paid media strategy alongside our agency, ensuring alignment with our Marketing GTM plans
  • Be directly accountable for performance targets, including pipeline contribution and revenue
  • Manage keyword strategy, account architecture, bidding frameworks, and budgets
  • Drive ongoing optimisation to maximise performance and ROI across all paid media channels
  • Design and execute experiments across landing pages, audiences, and ad messaging
