About the Role

Hustle is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to strengthen and lead their paid media function. This senior hands-on role involves owning performance outcomes, contributing to strategy, and supporting the development of junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Leading paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Structuring and optimising campaigns for sustainable growth
  • Managing budget allocation and scaling decisions
  • Developing and refining testing frameworks
  • Analysing campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities
  • Supporting and reviewing the work of junior paid specialists
  • Participating in client reporting and strategic discussions

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in paid media, ideally agency-side
  • Strong experience across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok Ads
  • Experience managing multi-platform budgets and performance strategy
  • Confidence analysing attribution and performance data
  • Strong communication skills when discussing results with clients
