About the Role
As a Senior Paid Media Strategist at Anchour, you will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns. Your expertise in paid media will enable the company to reach its target audience and drive business growth. You will be working closely with the marketing team to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and measure their effectiveness. The role entails day-to-day management of digital campaigns, including planning, execution, and analysis. Your goal will be to drive maximum ROI from paid media campaigns and contribute to the company's overall marketing strategy. - Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and meet business objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement campaign creatives
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies, including new ad formats and platform updates
- Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
- Work closely with the sales team to align paid media campaigns with business objectives
- Provide campaign performance reports and insights to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact campaign performance
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in paid media, with a focus on digital marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid media campaigns
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including targeting, ad formats, and bidding strategies
- Experience with campaign management tools, including Google Ads Manager and Facebook Ads Manager
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
