About the Role
Directive Consulting, a performance marketing agency for SaaS and Tech companies, seeks a Senior Paid Media Strategist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns for its clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid search and paid social advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Drive referrals via client relationships and professional network
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across multiple channels
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency
- Experience working with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting
- Deep expertise across paid search and paid social advertising campaigns
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong understanding of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization

- Ensure your portfolio includes examples of successful paid media campaigns you've managed, highlighting your ability to drive SQLs and customers.
- Be prepared to discuss your experience with Google Analytics and GA4, and how you've used data to inform campaign decisions.
