About the Role
The Senior Paid Media Strategist position at Directive is a crucial, client-facing role that involves overseeing and leading a collection of Paid Media accounts. This entails serving as direct support to client contacts, managing day-to-day client deliverables, and communicating with both clients and internal stakeholders. The role is central to executing Paid Media deliverables and requires a deep understanding of client positioning and unique value propositions.As a Senior Paid Media Strategist, you will be responsible for creating and managing custom client strategies, driving referrals via client relationships and professional networks, and building strategies for clients each quarter. This involves having the ability to create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
The ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic team and will work closely with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are being achieved. Given the remote nature of this role, the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
What You Will Do
- Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts, serving as a key point of contact for clients.
- Create and manage custom client strategies, focusing on maximizing ROI through effective campaign management.
- Drive referrals through strong client relationships and professional networking.
- Build strategies for clients on a quarterly basis, aligning with their unique goals and objectives.
- Manage and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
- Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions to develop targeted campaigns.
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM, ensuring seamless client onboarding and management.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Execute and optimize PPC advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Focus on keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
- Work directly with the Associate Director to ensure alignment with internal and client goals.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience working at a performance or digital marketing agency, preferably with B2B SaaS or tech clients.
- Deep expertise across paid search and paid social advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong understanding of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel to inform campaign decisions.
- Proven and measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts, with a focus on driving results and growth.
- Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data, showing a keen understanding of how to drive value for SaaS companies.
