What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies across Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to inform campaign targeting and optimization.
- Manage and optimize large-scale paid search campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with the content team to align ad copy with current marketing initiatives and brand messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, presenting findings and recommendations to the marketing team.
- Stay updated on the latest paid search trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Work with the marketing analytics team to develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) for paid search campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorms and strategic planning sessions to contribute paid search expertise and ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in paid search marketing, with a focus on Google Ads.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing large-scale paid search campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Google Ads (Search, Display, etc.) is highly preferred.
