About the Role

The Senior Paid Social & Influencer Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing Headspace's paid social media strategy, aiming to increase brand awareness, drive user engagement, and convert customers. This role is critical in ensuring that Headspace's online presence is aligned with its mission to improve the health and happiness of the world. Day-to-day activities will include managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, as well as identifying and partnering with influencers who align with Headspace's values and target audience.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid social media advertising, including campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and optimization. They will also have experience with influencer marketing platforms and the ability to negotiate and manage influencer contracts. This role will report to the Director of Marketing and will work closely with the content, creative, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize campaign performance.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies that meet business objectives
  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve maximum ROI
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging ad creative and copy
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with influencers who can help promote Headspace's products
  • Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as engagement, conversions, and ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest paid social trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Manage the paid social budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and delivering against budget targets
  • Work closely with the analytics team to develop and implement tracking and measurement plans for paid social campaigns

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 5 years of experience in paid social media marketing, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid social campaigns that have driven significant engagement and conversion
  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms and the ability to manage influencer relationships
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager and Twitter Ads
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and make informed decisions to optimize campaign performance
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong creative vision and the ability to develop innovative and engaging ad creative
  • Experience with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite Insights or Sprout Social
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Experience with email marketing and CRM systems
