What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in paid social media advertising
- Strong understanding of social media advertising principles, including targeting, bidding, and ad format best practices
- Experience with social media advertising platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Proven track record of campaign success and ROI growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with campaign management and optimization tools
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and how paid social fits into the overall marketing strategy
