## About the Role As a Paid Social Media Manager at mammaly, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing paid social media campaigns that drive business growth. ## What You Will Do - Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media campaigns that meet business objectives - Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to inform future strategies - Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI - Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaign goals with overall marketing strategy - Create and curate high-quality ad content, including images, videos, and copy - Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in paid social media - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and vendors - Manage and coordinate with internal teams, including creative and product teams - Analyze and report on campaign metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates

## What We Are Looking For - 3+ years of experience in paid social media marketing, with a focus on campaign management and optimization - Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Experience with social media advertising tools, including Facebook Ads Manager and Twitter Ads - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and inform future strategies - Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously - Experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
