The ability to analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and internal reporting tools is essential, alongside the capacity to deliver clear insights and recommendations to both internal teams and clients.

What You Will Do
- Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok for a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, making proactive adjustments to enhance efficiency and growth.
- Execute full-funnel strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and retention activity.
- Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
- Analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and internal reporting tools.
- Track and optimize against key KPIs including ROAS, CAC, MER, and Spend Efficiency.
- Deliver clear insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Diagnose account issues quickly and implement solutions with confidence.
- Collaborate with Creative Strategists to provide feedback on ad performance and help shape testing roadmaps.
- Stay updated with emerging creative trends across Meta and TikTok.
What We Are Looking For
