About the Role
The Senior Partner Alliance Manager role at Twilio is a critical position that will drive the growth of the company's ecosystem across EMEA North. This is not a maintenance role, but rather an opportunity for a skilled professional to build a regional powerhouse from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a deep network in the UKI and Nordic markets and a proven track record of closing complex deals through partners.As a Senior Partner Alliance Manager, you will be the bridge between Twilio's most strategic partners and internal teams, turning high-level alliances into revenue-generating engines. You will have the autonomy to run your territory like a business owner, making key decisions that will drive growth and expansion.
What You Will Do
- Drive growth through a portfolio of top-tier System Integrators and Resellers to achieve partner-sourced and partner-influence revenue targets
- Build and execute the playbook for EMEA North, aligning local wins with Twilio's global vision
- Build high-level alliances with C-suite stakeholders and VPs to align business goals and create joint value
- Partner with Sales teams to map accounts, joint-sell, and accelerate the pipeline
- Act as the 'Voice of the Partner' internally, ensuring Product and Marketing teams are building what the market needs
- Be the face of Twilio's partner program at major events, executive briefings, and QBRs
- Develop and manage a comprehensive partner business plan, including revenue targets and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of partner strategies
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure mutual goals are being met and to identify areas for improvement
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in partner sales or alliances within the tech space
- Regional mastery of the UKI and Nordic markets, with a track record of success in these regions
- An established network of relationships at SIs and digital transformation firms
- Executive presence, with the ability to lead a room of C-level executives and simplify complex ideas into winning strategies
- Action-oriented, with a self-starter mentality and the ability to move fast and deliver results
- Experience with API-first platforms, CPaaS, CCaaS, or CDP is desirable
- Strong understanding of GTM strategies and partner sales principles
Nice to Have
- Experience working with artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies
- Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and their applications in the tech space
- Certification in partnership management or a related field
