Job Description

About the Role

Affirm is seeking a Senior Partner Engineer to provide technical leadership across Commercial and Product Partnership teams, supporting large cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for technical questions from external partner stakeholders
  • Lead the development of project plans by driving solution designs, timeline forecasting, task break-down, and testing strategy
  • Develop integration support material and documentation for new product rollouts and feature updates
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to build out partnership roadmaps
  • Serve as an overarching SME and point of escalation for internal and external teams facing technical challenges

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in a Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Architecture role
  • Ability to read and understand multiple programming languages
  • Experience with long-term project management and technical strategy
