About the Role
The Senior Partner Operations Analyst position at Wiz is a critical role that will help drive the company's growth through its Partner ecosystem. As a key member of the Partner Operations Team, you will be responsible for building and scaling Partner operations to support the company's expanding Partner routes to market. This involves working closely with the Partner Sales teams to identify priorities, execute impactful programs and processes, and drive accountability by measuring results.The Partner Operations Team is at the heart of Wiz's growth strategy, and as such, this role will have a direct impact on the company's ability to secure cloud environments for its customers. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about cloud security and driven to make a significant impact.
Reporting to the Director of Partner Operations, this role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with other teams to support operational programs aligned to the overall organizational strategy. You will be responsible for delivering scalable 'run the business' operational support of the Partner organization at Wiz, as well as being a support resource both externally for Partners and internally for Wiz teams on all things Partners.
What You Will Do
- Receive feedback from Sales and Partner teams to help define strategic projects and process improvements
- Work closely with Partner Sales teams to identify priorities, execute impactful programs and processes, and drive accountability by measuring results
- Deliver scalable 'run the business' operational support of the Partner organization at Wiz
- Be a support resource both externally for Partners and internally for Wiz teams on all things Partners
- Ensure data integrity in Salesforce of all data relating to Partner programs and processes
- Own the Wiz Partner Portal platform from an administrative lens and be responsible for all enhancements to the platform
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to support operational programs aligned to the overall organizational strategy
- Ensure comprehensive UAT to minimize impact post-production launch and enable all parties on new changes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvements
What We Are Looking For
- 4-6 years of experience supporting Partner operations activities, ideally at SaaS and/or Enterprise-focused organizations
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects and flows
- Experience implementing programs and processes that scale
- A willingness to 'roll up your sleeves' to get work done as the organization grows
- Comfortable with being flexible in responsibilities as the organization grows and routes to market expand
- Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels and from a variety of functions
- Experience with Looker is a plus
- Administrative experience owning and operating Impartner
