Job Description
About the Role
Docker is seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager to drive growth with channel partners across South EMEA. This role is ideal for someone with experience in building and maturing high-performing reseller ecosystems.Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional reseller and channel partner plans aligned with Docker's GTM strategy
- Recruit, onboard, and activate new solution partners and regional VARs
- Own partner pipeline management and maintain regular partner cadence
- Partner closely with Docker sales, marketing, product, and technical account teams
Requirements
- Proven track record in building and scaling reseller or channel programs
- 10+ years of enterprise and/or channel sales experience
- Experience driving joint marketing programs with partners and generating net new pipeline
