Your expertise will be crucial in advising customers and partners on best practices for data governance, API architecture, security frameworks, and enterprise deployment, ultimately driving the adoption of Airtable's platform.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Partner Success Managers, and partner teams to validate scope and design for complex solutions.
• Advise customers and partners on data governance models, API architecture, security frameworks, and enterprise deployment best practices.
• Develop solution architecture designs, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps that support Airtable's partner ecosystem.
• Create compelling technical narratives and demonstrations that showcase the power of Airtable + Partner solutions.
• Act as the technical advisor on strategic partner-led engagements with Enterprise clients.
• Support partners in conducting deep discovery sessions to understand clients' technical environments, business requirements, and integration needs.
• Partner with Professional Services to ensure consistency in best practices across all delivery teams.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance and troubleshooting support for Partners throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Gather and synthesize partner and customer feedback to inform product roadmap, partnership strategy, and partner enablement.
• Manage and mitigate technical escalations that arise within partner-delivered engagements.

What We Are Looking For

• Deep technical expertise in solution architecture, preferably with experience in low-code or no-code platforms.
• Advanced AI fluency, including the ability to integrate AI capabilities into partner solutions.
• Strong background in partner enablement, with experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.
• Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to advise customers and partners on technical best practices.
• Experience in creating compelling technical narratives and demonstrations.
• Strong understanding of data governance, API architecture, security frameworks, and enterprise deployment best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Professional Services, Partner, Product, and Account teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Airtable's platform or similar no-code/low-code solutions.
• Background in machine learning, automation technologies, or related fields.
• Knowledge of generative AI, its applications, and its potential in transforming business processes.
• Experience in creating thought leadership content, such as whitepapers, case studies, or technical blogs.
