About the Role
The Senior Partnerships Manager position at Parloa is a unique opportunity to lead the charge in building strategic partnerships and accelerating growth across Spain and Italy. As a core member of the founding team in Madrid, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and growing leading service partners in the region. Your day-to-day will involve developing joint business plans with partners, executing co-selling and implementation initiatives, and conducting regular check-ins to ensure goals are met.The role requires a deep understanding of the conversational AI market and the ability to forge strong relationships with key players in the industry. You will work closely with the expansion leadership team and the GTM team based in Madrid, as well as partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and strong alignment on goals.

What You Will Do
- Identify and recruit leading service partners in Spain and Italy
- Develop joint business plans with partners to align goals and strategies
- Execute impactful co-selling, referrals, and implementation initiatives
- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with partners
- Lead collaborative marketing and sales efforts alongside partners
- Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities
- Represent Parloa at events and industry activities, positioning yourself and the company as thought leaders in conversational AI
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure strong alignment on goals
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI market and its key players
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in partner acquisition, management, and channel sales within SaaS or contact center
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships
- Strong understanding of GTM strategies and conversational AI solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Spanish and Italian (both verbal and written)
Nice to Have
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product
- Knowledge of the conversational AI landscape and its key players
- Familiarity with partnership management tools and software
