About the Role
As a Senior People Compliance Specialist (EMEA), you will partner with GitLab to manage compliant works council engagements across Germany, the Netherlands, and France.Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end processes, from preparing agendas and information packages to coordinating translations, documentation, and stakeholder inputs
- Partner closely with People Business Partners, Legal, and business leaders to build trusted relationships and reduce compliance and operational risk
Requirements
- Experience with Adjust and Excel
- Strong understanding of EMEA compliance regulations
