  • Develop and implement scalable processes, templates, and systems to improve consistency and efficiency across the events calendar.
  • Track event performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve the employee and candidate experience.
  • Manage budgets across the events portfolio, ensuring high-quality execution within allocated resources.
  • Work closely with HR, Recruiting, and leadership to align events with company objectives and values.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, vendors, and logistics end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with executives, recruiters, and employees at all levels.
  • Self-starter who can build structure in ambiguous environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Experience in managing vendors, budgets, and logistics, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and agency.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to New York, NY, with the ability to work out of the NY HQ event space at least 2-3 evenings per week during high season.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a high-growth tech or startup environment, with knowledge of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space.
  • Background spanning both internal/culture events and recruiting or employer brand events, with a deep understanding of how to craft compelling experiences.
  • Familiarity with HR or ATS tools, such as Ashby, Workday, or Greenhouse, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline processes.
