Gitlab is seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to own the employment compliance posture for People Operations across 65+ countries. The ideal candidate will help Gitlab scale with confidence by monitoring regulatory changes and leading People-related audits.Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes and translate legal requirements into clear processes and controls for non-legal teams
- Lead People-related audits and ensure reliable regulatory monitoring and communication
- Partner with various teams to reduce compliance risk and keep People practices consistent, documented, and audit-ready
