About the Role
Docker is seeking a Senior People Partner to advise and coach leaders across the Engineering and Security organizations. This role will help scale teams, strengthen culture, and drive business growth.Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Engineering and Security leadership on organizational design and team effectiveness
- Diagnose organizational health and recommend actions
- Coach leaders on performance, feedback, and team culture
- Lead end-to-end performance processes and partner with leaders to define expectations for high performance
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience in talent management, performance, and employee relations
