About the Role

The Senior Performance Marketer role at EverAI Limited is a hands-on position that requires executing fast, iterating with creative and funnel inputs, and scaling what works. As a key member of the team, you will inherit high-performing campaigns and work directly with the CMO to double down on growth. The role entails taking the lead on one or two paid acquisition channels, with the potential to expand scope based on performance. You will be responsible for driving decision-making through deep analysis of performance data and contributing to building scalable acquisition funnels.

The founding team has extensive experience in building and scaling web products from 0 to IPO. As a Senior Performance Marketer, you will be working closely with the CMO, Thomas Lacroix, who has 8+ years of experience in Customer Acquisition and E-commerce Growth.

What You Will Do

  • Take the lead on one or two paid acquisition channels, such as Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.
  • Contribute to building scalable acquisition funnels, from execution to iteration, with aggressive growth targets in mind
  • Run high-velocity testing loops to improve CAC and LTV
  • Monitor performance daily using tools like Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards
  • Drive decision-making through deep analysis of CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior
  • Build and maintain internal reporting frameworks that guide strategic shifts and tactical moves
  • Own the creative briefing process and define hooks, formats, and angles based on performance patterns
  • Collaborate closely with the content and product teams to launch and iterate on high-converting landing pages
  • Implement systems to reduce creative fatigue and increase speed of testing
  • Build strong relationships with traffic sources and negotiate premium placements and custom deals

What We Are Looking For

  • 4-10+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
  • Strong understanding of GA4 and Excel
  • Experience with paid acquisition channels, such as Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns and driving growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and iterate quickly
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with creative and funnel optimization
  • Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior

Nice to Have

  • Experience with TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, Native, ASA
  • Knowledge of Voluum and internal dashboards
