Job Description

About the Role

iwoca is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to support the management, optimization, and scaling of their Paid Search channel. The ideal candidate will have experience with Google Ads and a passion for driving business growth through digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
  • Develop a plan for driving sustainable growth through Bing Paid Search
  • Contribute proposals for new channel tests, such as ChatGPT Ads and YouTube
  • Ensure excellent account hygiene, including excluding irrelevant search terms and addressing low ad relevance/quality score keywords

Requirements

  • Experience with Google Ads and paid search marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
