About the Role

mammaly is seeking a (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager to join its Acquisition Team. The company's mission is to develop premium supplements for dogs, enabling them to live long and healthy lives. Founded in 2020, mammaly has quickly become the leading pet supplement startup in Germany, with a strong focus on innovation, social responsibility, and environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Scale Meta campaigns with a focus on profitable customer acquisition
  • Analyze the entire funnel to identify optimization opportunities
  • Develop and optimize scalable direct-response funnels with a focus on long-form formats like VSLs
  • Strategically develop the creative strategy beyond static and UGC
