## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital channels - Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns - Strong understanding of data and analytics, with experience using tools like Google Analytics and Excel - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights - Experience with campaign management tools, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager - Strong understanding of marketing metrics, including ROI, CPC, and conversion rate - Experience with A/B testing and experimentation - Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
