What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across Search, Social, Display, and Video platforms to meet business objectives.

  • Manage and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI, including budget allocation, bid management, and ad targeting.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data and analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates, features, and best practices in paid media.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation to continually improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align paid media strategies with sales objectives and ensure seamless handoff of leads.

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in paid media, with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing large-scale digital campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience with ad tech and mar tech tools, including ad servers, DSPs, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
