About the Role
As a Senior Price Realization Strategy Manager at Twilio, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's pricing strategy and driving business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Deal Desk, Enterprise Sales, and Finance, to develop and execute pricing strategies that maximize revenue realization. With a focus on remote-first work, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals from around the world.The role entails driving the pricing strategy, analytics, and operational execution for Twilio's enterprise and account-led monetization initiatives. You will report directly to the Director of Price Realization Strategy and serve as a strategic leader responsible for shaping strategic pricing and discounting frameworks.

What You Will Do
- Shape and drive pricing strategy: architect and execute price optimization models that accelerate business performance
- Lead enterprise and account-led pricing: partner directly with Deal Desk, Enterprise Sales, and Finance teams to architect monetization levers that protect gross margins and maximize revenue realization
- Analytics design: own the design, optimization, and scaling of advanced pricing analytics dashboards and operational workflows
- Deliver deep-dive data insights: query and analyze complex datasets across sales, customer behavior, product usage, and financials to uncover hidden revenue opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally: act as a critical bridge and internal champion across Deal Desk, Enterprise Sales, Finance, and Customer Comms to ensure organizational alignment and flawless execution of new pricing initiatives
- Develop and maintain executive-facing dashboards: build and design dashboards that provide key insights and metrics to executive stakeholders
- Optimize revenue performance: analyze and optimize revenue performance across Twilio's product portfolio
- Drive renewal strategies: develop and execute renewal strategies that maximize revenue realization and protect gross margins
- Design strategic concession frameworks: develop and execute concession frameworks that balance revenue goals with customer needs
- Build and maintain relationships: build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, analytics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of pricing analytics and strategy development
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Looker
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with SQL and data querying languages
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as economics, finance, or computer science
