About the Role

The Senior Recruitment Consultant role at The Legends Agency is a revenue-generating position that involves managing executive search mandates and developing client relationships. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for engaging with candidates across global markets, supporting active mandates, and contributing to business development activities. Your expertise and knowledge of the recruitment industry will be essential in driving growth and delivering results-driven solutions for clients.

The role is highly autonomous, and you will be expected to work independently, utilizing your recruitment experience to manage searches and contribute to the development of new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for maintaining market intelligence, building candidate pipelines, and expanding mapped client contacts across key regions.

What You Will Do

  • Utilize your recruitment experience to manage executive search mandates and develop client relationships
  • Engage with candidates across global markets to support active mandates and contribute to business development activities
  • Conduct research to identify potential client contacts and draft outreach emails
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and market maps
  • Generate leads and business development opportunities through candidate calls and networking
  • Source relevant candidates for existing mandates using internal databases and LinkedIn
  • Interview candidates to assess suitability for search assignments
  • Write candidate overviews and prepare shortlist packs
  • Map North American client contacts and expand the database to support growth in the USA

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 4 years of recruitment experience, with previous exposure to Investment Banks and Private Equity Funds preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working with recruitment databases and LinkedIn
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
  • Availability to work US East Coast hours, with some flexibility possible
  • Strong understanding of the executive search industry and the ability to build and maintain market intelligence

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting for other professional services sectors, such as Accounting and Finance, Legal, Insurance, or Strategy and Consulting
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other recruitment tools
