What You Will Do
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while delivering a seamless, high-impact customer experience
- Proactively engage leads and prospects through targeted outreach, focusing on those who have expressed interest in the platform
- Drive pipeline growth through strategic outbound efforts and close collaboration with the marketing team
- Deliver high-energy product demos that consultatively solve customer hiring challenges
- Educate prospects on the power of pre-hiring assessments as a smarter alternative to outdated CV-based screening
- Champion client feedback to fuel continuous innovation across product development, marketing strategies, and sales tactics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and messaging that resonate with the target audience
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry
