About the Role

The Senior Product Analyst - Clinical Research Products plays a pivotal role in advancing the company's digital strategy, serving as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams. The role entails working closely with cross-functional teams to identify AI-enabled use cases, build prototypes, and configure, test, and refine solutions. What You Will Do

  • Partner with business and IT teams to gather, document, and prioritize requirements
  • Own end-to-end problem discovery through pilot delivery for assigned initiatives
  • Participate in cross-functional workshops to identify AI-enabled use cases and build prototypes
  • Configure, test, and refine solutions hands-on
  • Translate strategy into user stories, workflows, and specifications for process optimization
  • Contribute directly to backlog refinement, release planning, and UAT
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise data strategy, integration needs, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements
  • Support change management, documentation, and user enablement for sustainable adoption
  • Document reusable patterns, playbooks, and AI/automation components to accelerate future initiatives

What We Are Looking For

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business problems and define solution options
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with AI-driven solutions
  • Knowledge of Agile, SDLC, and regulatory considerations in clinical research environments
  • Awareness of data governance, interoperability standards, and digital adoption analytics
  • Familiarity with coding principles, AI tools, and APIs
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with leaders, product owners, and stakeholders
