About the Role

Webflow is seeking a Senior Product Design Manager to lead the visual development and design strategy of their core product surfaces, including the Designer, Components-based systems, Interactions, and agentic capabilities. This role will define the building blocks that allow humans and AI to co-create web experiences, influencing enterprise adoption, developer activation, and ecosystem growth.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with engineering and product partners to turn complex technical concepts into intuitive experiences
