About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer and Builder at LearnLux, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of a platform that empowers individuals to take control of their financial futures. What You Will Do
- Own the full design loop, from rough sketches and functional prototypes to high-fidelity flows, ensuring that each stage meets the company's quality standards.
- Lead continuous discovery, conducting user research, recruiting participants, and synthesizing findings into actionable product decisions.
- Utilize modern AI tools to accelerate your workflow, leveraging technology to streamline tasks such as transcribing interviews and extracting themes from qualitative data.
- Shape the roadmap by advocating for user needs, influencing product direction, and ensuring that initiatives are followed through to implementation.
- Work closely with the engineering team to build prototypes and ensure that design solutions are technically feasible and align with the company's overall strategy.
- Contribute to the LearnLux design system, creating reusable patterns that enhance the team's efficiency without compromising on quality or visual consistency.
- Participate in live working sessions with cross-functional teams to hash out ideas, solve problems, and align on product visions.
- Maintain a continuous discovery cadence to keep the team informed with fresh insights, guiding product development and ensuring it remains user-centric.
- Collaborate with the co-founders and product leads to align design strategies with the company's mission and goals.
What We Are Looking For
- A strong portfolio that showcases your ability to lead the design process from start to finish, with examples of how you've integrated research, design thinking, and technical expertise into your work.
- At least 5 years of experience in product design, with a focus on user experience and interaction design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with AI-powered design tools.
