About the Role

The Senior Product Designer role at Float is a unique opportunity to join a team that's passionate about simplifying finance for Canadian businesses. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for building seamless corporate spending experiences and creating value by accelerating the adoption and usage of Float's existing products. You'll work closely with the Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to take products from concept to launch.

What You Will Do

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and features

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on user experience and interface design

  • Strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
