About the Role
The Senior Product Designer position at Proxify is a unique opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with a global team of talented developers. As a senior product designer, you will be responsible for leading the UX design process and creating innovative solutions that meet the needs of users and businesses alike. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project goals and requirements, and will be expected to advocate for the user throughout the design process.The role entails day-to-day collaboration with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, and developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. You will be working on a wide range of projects, from conceptualizing new products to iterating on existing ones. Your expertise in UX design will be essential in creating products that are intuitive, accessible, and user-centered.

What You Will Do
- Lead the UX design process, including user research, persona development, and user journey mapping
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project goals and requirements
- Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions
- Advocate for the user throughout the design process and ensure that designs are accessible, inclusive, and intuitive
- Work closely with the development team to ensure design solutions are implemented correctly
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior designers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and methodologies
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in product design
- Portfolio showcasing UX design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
- Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or Proto.io
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Understanding of current design trends and best practices in UI/UX design
- Located in CET timezone (+/- 3 hours)
- UI/UX design skills
- Figma experience
Nice to Have
- Experience working with agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of front-end development principles and technologies
- Experience with design systems and design languages
- Certification in UX design or a related field
