About the Role

The Senior Product Designer role at XXIX is a unique opportunity for a seasoned design professional to lead complex product design projects across various industries. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences that meet the needs of clients and users alike. With a focus on collaboration and open communication, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring design concepts to life.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include leading the design process from discovery through implementation, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and participating in design critiques to ensure adherence to design systems. You will also be responsible for managing design workstreams, collaborating with developers, and meeting project milestones.

What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on UX and UI
  • Portfolio that showcases expertise in leading complex product design projects
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and design systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Knowledge of front-end development principles and technologies

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies and version control systems
  • Experience with design systems and design language systems
  • Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and inclusive design principles
