About the Role

The Senior Product Manager role at Kaufland e-commerce is a key position focused on building B2B products for sellers on the Kaufland Global Marketplace. As a senior product manager, you will be responsible for creating solutions that enable sellers to grow their business, expand internationally, and operate efficiently across multiple marketplaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality digital products.

The product management team at Kaufland e-commerce is driven by a start-up mentality and works on an equal footing within flat hierarchies. The team is composed of approximately 400 experts who pursue the goal of creating the best possible customer shopping experience for the online marketplace. Through innovative technical developments, the team not only creates an outstanding shopping experience but also lays the foundation for an optimal selling experience for sellers.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality digital products
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements and new offerings
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through user research, feedback, and data analysis
  • Analyze product performance metrics, user engagement, and feedback to continually optimize and enhance the product
  • Prepare and present product updates, progress reports, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and senior management
  • Drive go-to-market strategies, including product launches, positioning, and communication to maximize product adoption and success
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to proactively identify areas for product innovation
  • Design and deliver products that improve seller performance, reduce operational complexity, and unlock growth opportunities across the ecosystem
