## About the Role As a Senior Product Manager at Affirm, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience of the company's card servicing and refunds platform. This role is critical in ensuring that customers have a seamless and transparent experience when resolving issues with their payments. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations to drive the development of the platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the card payments ecosystem and experience in building scaled customer support platforms. You will be responsible for driving the strategy and development of the platform, as well as collaborating with senior leaders to define the product vision.
