About the Role

The Senior Product Manager - Client Growth role at BetterHelp is a unique opportunity to drive business impact while making a positive difference in people's lives. What You Will Do

  • Own and lead high-impact client growth initiatives that drive revenue, conversion, and long-term customer value
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve free-to-paid conversion, monetization, and packaging
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement data-driven solutions
  • Drive strategy and execution of upgrades, churn reduction, and winback initiatives
  • Model impact, evaluate tradeoffs, and deliver measurable business results
  • Use data to drive decision-making and prioritize initiatives
  • Work closely with the engineering team to develop and implement new features and products
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a consumer-facing company
  • Proven track record of driving growth and conversion in digital products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive decision-making with data
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with product development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
  • Strong understanding of user experience and user interface design principles
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
  • Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Google Cloud
  • Experience with DevOps and continuous integration
  • Certification in product management or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
