About the Role
The Senior Product Manager - Consumer role at Plaid is a unique opportunity to lead the development and execution of consumer-facing products that empower thousands of users to manage their finances effectively. As a key member of the Consumer team, you will be responsible for defining the roadmap for sign-up, driving prioritization and execution, and identifying opportunities for growth through consumer feedback and data analysis. What You Will Do
- Define the roadmap for sign-up and drive quarterly and half-year goals in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Drive prioritization and execution of product development, focusing on build, measure, and iterate methodologies
- Identify opportunities for growth through consumer feedback, data analysis, and market research
- Partner with design, research, data science, legal, and compliance teams to develop and launch new products and features
- Communicate complex concepts succinctly to broad audiences, including stakeholders and users
- Drive roadmap and prioritization exercises, ensuring clear impact through data-driven decisions
- Thrive in a culture of high ownership, velocity, and throughput, speaking your mind regardless of level
